Lab Rags

3D First-Person Puzzle-Platformer

Lab Rags was developed by my team - Salt Mine Studio!

It was developed over the course of two semester, so roughly eight months, by a team comprised only of students. We're also proud to announce that Lab Rags is available for free on Steam and itch.io! (Links are provided below)

My role on this project was that of a Designer and a Producer.

As a Designer, I was in charge of creating whiteboxes, placing assets and designing puzzles as well as hazards. I also had to consistently playtest the game to ensure that the mechanics worked as intended with the environment

As a Producer, I managed the direction of the project as well as my teammates and their workloads, reviewed objectives with various teams depending on the sprint using JIRA, created an LLC in order to publish our game on the websites mentioned above and, most importantly, fostered a co-operative and friendly work environment which resulted in greater productivity.

Trash Panda

First-Person Serious

Trash Panda was developed with my team for the Alternative Game Development class which focuses on development of games which are geared towards tackling serious issues as opposed to providing pure entertainment but are engaging and/or mildly entertaining. It is a trash collecting simulator where a panda goes around picking up trash around a park and disposing it in an environmentally-conscious way in the correct bin (trash, recyclable, electronic).

My jobs on the game were game design, level designnarrative design, testing and polishing.
